What's not to love?! The nicest, friendliest of staff Beautiful, mature tropical gardens and beachfront Large, airy and spacious bedrooms with balconies Huge, lagoon pool Central Jimbaran beach location with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within an easy 10 mins walk in each direction

Peaceful, perfect Resort getaway with direct access onto Jimbaran Beach. Like a world away from wherever you came from, this hotel will see you relaxing within minutes of arrival. Rooms are perfect, atmosphere just delightful, service friendly and easy going. Such beautiful gardens and pool (including the swim-up bar)

Beware, items go missing in this hotel. A few of our souvenirs and a traditional shirt (kebaya) have gone missing. Reported to the reception twice to see if these were taken by mistake, but on both occasions we weren't updated whether the items have been found or not. Zero outcome and just leave us in the dark. Afterward, I put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, yet they still went in to clean the room and we noticed that our personal belongings in our bag was moved. We found that they would go into your room more than once in the day. So beware of your belongings. These were presents for family and friends so we knew what we have bought as they are allocated. The hotel is old but nice with traditional Balinese architecture. Breakfast is basic. First impression of the hotel was good but towards the end it left us with bitter taste.

This was the first place we stayed during our visit to Bali and it was perfect. The location of this resort was convenient, considering the proximity to the airport, other points of interest and beach access from within the resort for the beautiful sunrise/sunset views. The garden setup around the villas was absolutely beautiful with fresh scent from the flowers each morning giving it an authentic feel. Special shoutout to the super friendly staff and chef here. The beach restaurant had a wonderful ambience and was open until late compared to most nearby restaurants. During my 2 week stay in Bali, I was on a mission to find the best Nasi Goreng and hands down Keraton had this perfected compared to any other place Ive tried in Bali. All this along with reasonable prices made our stay at Keraton a super positive one.

my stay here has been brilliant the staff are friendly and welcoming. Right on the beach, I was able to swim in the sea plus a great pool. the food menu is a bit limited for evening meals.

Restourant is not good with very2 limted choice, internet is like snail and not available in all rooms, just based on internet alone i will never be recurring customer. Anyway this resort if manage by right people should become fantastic

Do not came to this hotel!!! I had an awful experience here, i was robbed by cleaning staff, they came multiple times into your room even when you put a sign on the door you don’t want cleaning service!! They still coming to your room , specially when you leave the hotel to explore, eat etc. I brought 2 Kebaya’s different size because I didn’t know what size I was. I went to hotel and tried them on, I left both of them inside my suitcase and I notice the next day at night one of my Kebaya was missing, I panicked and checked everywhere 3x to make sure, and I found out it was not only that that was missing other small souvenirs were missing. I reported 2 times to reception and the only thing they told me was “ we going to talk with the cleaning staff” they didn’t care at all not even an apology for the missing items they completely ignored me for the following days. The saddest was I wanted to wear the Kebaya on my birthday and my special day was ruined! Please please do not trust people in this hotel!! I only give 1 star because I cannot leave less than that!

Location: Strategic and affordable hotel which has direct access to Jimbaran beach. The building has vintage balinese themes. If you like modern hotel, this place is not for you. Service: The Staff is so often check in to the room (everyday when we are not in the room). I know they wanna set the room better like close the curtain, install mosquitos repellent, when we still in the outside. But it will be nice if the staff ask the permission first on the first check in. I feel shocked when i come to my room find all that changes and im afraid of losing my belonging. So please for you guys throw all your personal/valuable belonging on the safe area (on deposit box or locked luggage) I know they dont have something bad for us but it still make us feel afraid. Room: The room is clean enough but a little bit stinky on the bathroom i dont know why. I'm not concern about stain in blanket cause i know that its hard to make bedsheet stay white and clean especially in old hotel.
